The race to the top of our leaderboard for the most appearances is continuing to hot up.

Asha Thomas (FLT Peterman Sheffield Hatters)
There’s no stopping the Hatters’ backcourt general right now and she was the star figure for her team as they crushed Oaklands Wolves. She racked up 23 points from 66% shooting and also came up with 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.

Brea Elmore (Leicester Riders)
It’s Player of the Week status for the guard as she keeps the baton in the Riders camp, taking it from teammate Kate Oliver. Elmore showed her class in the win at Rebels by contributing a stellar double-double of 18 points and 10 assists.

Cat Carr (Sevenoaks Suns)
The second half of the season is where Carr normally slips up a gear and it’s one that few opponents can live with. She excelled in the hard-fought victory against Mystics as she made a splash with an influential 20 points, 8 assists and 5 rebounds.

Kara Elderkin (Durham Palatinates)
You have push the rewind button all the way back to opening weekend for the last appearance as a starter for Elderkin. She was a difference-maker in the home success against Oaklands with a fruitful 14 points from 87% shooting and 12 rebounds.

Kate Oliver (Leicester Riders)
She might not take the Player of the Week honour this time, but it is three appearances in a row for Oliver, who is now just 2 behind season leader Jasmine Joyner. The centre torched Rebels for 21 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks.
